Stopping

You have to stop. I am telling you that you have to stop. Stop running from the things that worry you and the things that hurt you. Stop rationalizing in order to avoid feeling. Stop transforming your days into dense and dramatic whirlwinds. Stop. Stay. Alone.

Begin to acknowledge that it is important to stop. And that it is a priority. Begin to acknowledge that it is essential for you to be like this, alone. So that you may feel who you are. So that you may align yourself with your essence’s highest vibration. So that you may align yourself with your highest vibration.

For if you are aligned with your highest vibration, you will be able to access what heaven holds in utmost esteem for you. And if you can really understand this, you will grow faster and go much higher. As you can see, to remain like this, still, quiet, within yourself, is one of the quickest ways to evolution.
