To ascend means to rise up to heaven. To rise up to heaven in spirit whilst your body remains on earth. Is it possible to do this during your existence, while you are still alive?

Yes, of course it is. When your consciousness fully expands and travels the path to heaven, it opens up the channel for energy to descend. Energy then descends, and invades the whole of one’s physical body. It changes frequencies and cleanses misery.

It begins to vibrate.

With heaven’s energy, man is able to change all of his paradigms down there on earth. He changes lifestyle. He begins to emit a new frequency.

This frequency is called essence.

This frequency attracts abundance.

This being has ascended.

Each time I open “The Book of Light” and pick out a message everything matches perfectly! When I bought the book, I received a message I did not understand at that moment…a few days later all that was written in the message happened to me, and I was so moved, I looked up to the sky and I thanked Jesus because finally I felt strengthened, protected.

One night, I closed my eyes and I had this vision… the image of Jesus Christ, and I felt something, a feeling of peacefulness that I had never felt before, it seemed like I was going to “levitate” from the bed, there was an incredible strength and energy and in my mind I heard words of courage…It was magical! Karma

Karma is something which caused you a lot of pain in another life time, it is blocked, and it is something you are running away from with all your strength in this lifetime. You have a memory of that life in which it caused you so much pain. An unconscious memory, yet it is still a memory. And that memory prevents you from doing something similar in this lifetime.

And you may ask me: “If I cannot do it, why is it that I want to do it, why do I know that I have to go there?” And I will answer: Because this karma has to be unblocked within this lifetime. And if you come into this life to cleanse karma, until you have relived this memory again, accepted the pain, you will be unable to free that karmic energy and so you will be doing nothing worthwhile here.

In short: Identify the thing that you have most difficulty in doing, think about doing it. Let your fear take hold of your heart, open your heart, remove that density, cry if you feel the need to, but cleanse. And each time you think about it, it will hurt a little less. And every time you try to do it, you will get a little further. This is how one begins to cleanse karma. This is how one begins to give meaning to reincarnation.

Fly beyond the white, beyond the stars, beyond the constellations – beyond the imaginary infinite.

Fly beyond what your body can endure.

Accept detachment, accept the need to let go.

Fly beyond the white, pass the portal of light.

Come to me.

Confer me your heart, confer me your ability to love, confer me your strength.

Return home and I will transform you into an angel, I will transform you into a being of light, and I will transform you into an Avatar.

And afterwards, when you return to Earth, things will never be the same again because you have filled the Earth with Heaven.

You have filled the Earth with me.

I am here.

In truth, I am always here.

You just have to prepare yourself to receive me.

All you need do is prepare to receive my energy.

Slowly.

And in order to slowly receive my energy you too

have to be like this… slow.

So that your cells open up to receive me.

So that on opening up they release all the heaviness they possess.

All the negativity.

And I will absorb this negativity, and I will switch the poles.

Where there was dark, there will now be light.

Where there was sound, there will now be nothing.

A void.

And it is in this void that the soul will manifest itself.

And I will be in this manifestation, in all my magnitude.

In all my plenitude.

For it is in each cell that I most exist as a whole and it is

the sum of these cells that makes me who I am today.

Absolute energy.

And it is there, in that place on Earth, where on vibrating

so high that you move closer to heaven and encounter me.

Hello Alexandra,

I would like to tell you my opinion regarding “The Book of Light”.

For me, this book is much more than a simple book. I consult it everyday with a simple question like – “what is the message Jesus has for me?” or “what do I need to know?” And the message always comes at the right time. At the beginning I was completely amazed, I just wondered “is it really for me?” And then, something would happen along the day that would always made me understand the meaning of the answer.
